Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with notice. This way, we will be able to adjust our schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
Tardiness can affect the remainder of our day and delaying us for the other scheduled appointments. For this reason, we have set a few general rules for such situations.
All services are timed precisely which enough time for arrival, getting undressed, redressed and the cashing out process. Due to this, anyone running 10 minutes behind to their appointment, will be canceled and charged a $15 fee.
Appointments reminders are sent 24 hours in advanced. All Appointments must be confirmed within 2 HOURS of time scheduled. Failure to confirm will lead to a no-show cancelation fee of $15
If you are needing to add and or remove services from set appointment, notice needs to be given to ensure enough time needed for service or to give another client the option to book the open time slot. Please Call or text for any changes.
We have a 3 no show policy for all existing clients: After 3 no shows, all future appointments will be declined.
For new clients: If you are a no show your 1st appointment, then all future appointments will be denied.
We offer on-site parking here at our building. There is parking in the back of the building and also street parking in front of location. Text if you need assistance.
